Utility Billing

New features are now available via your online Utility Billing account.

• View monthly, daily, or hourly water usage information.  Usage information is updated 4 times daily and may not be up to the current hour.
• Set usage and billing thresholds
• Get threshold and leak alerts via emai, phone, or text message

It's simple!  Login to your Utility Billing account to view your water usage.  Click on "Manage Alerts" to set up custom notifications.

This product is currently programmed for residential services only.  Commercial/Multi unit accounts with larger meters are not reflecting the correct consumption figures at this time.  We are aware of this issue and our vendor is working to correct.  

Payments made after the due date are subject to additional penalties.
