City of Marysville to Implement Transaction Fees for Electronic Payments
Effective January 1, 2025, the City of Marysville will implement transaction fees for credit/debit card and electronic check payments for utilities, income tax, and other city-related services.
Transaction Fees:
Credit/Debit Card: 3.5% with a minimum of $2.50
E-Check: $0.95
24/7 Pay-By-Phone: $0.40 (in addition to card or e-check fee)
Fee-Free Payment Options:
Cash: Pay in person at City Hall.
Check: Mail or submit in person.
Bank's Online Bill Pay: Utilize your bank's online bill pay service.
Automatic Payments (ACH): Make automatic utility payments through your bank's ACH network at no cost. Authorization forms are available on our website.

- View monthly, daily, or hourly water usage information. Usage information is updated 4 times daily and may not be up to the current hour
- Set usage and billing thresholds
- Get threshold and leak alerts via email, phone or text message
